ROOM in a residential complex 5 minutes from Casa de Dios

We are located on the road to El Salvador, on the outskirts of the city (20 minutes without traffic from downtown), 5 minutes from Pradera Concepción and 15 minutes from Iglesia Casa de Dios. We live in a nice residential, private and safe area, surrounded by trees, parks, grass fields and lots of nature. It's a really quiet and peaceful place, perfect for resting. Don't hesitate, stay with us! The space We live in a private residential area with 24/7 security staff, so you'll be guaranteed a quiet and safe stay. Surrounded by forests and gardens, with adequate silence to rest. During your stay, you will be able to freely use: - A private room (with a lock on the door) with a bed, furniture, desk and a walk-in closet. - A full private bathroom with a hot water shower. - We will share (possibly with other guests as well) the living room, dining room, kitchen. - You can use the laundry. If you need to use the washer and dryer, we would ask for a voluntary contribution of Q25.00 to support us with electricity and soap expenses. - If one day you feel like cooking, you can use our kitchen utensils without problem (you provide the food). - The house's gardens, and the residential park and open spaces for walking and jogging. - High speed WiFi - Space to park vehicles We will provide you with clean towels and sheets, bath soap. Drinking, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. During your stay During your stay, someone will most likely be in the house.
