The space Enjoy a relaxing vacation on our spacious, 10,000 sq ft property, located in Portland’s newest gated community. Cliffside Bungalow boasts a uniquely Caribbean, contemporary feel that will guide you into vacation “everyting irie” vibes. All rooms have air-conditioning units, private / en-suite bathrooms (with solar-heated water), storage, open closet. Family room now also has AC! There are FIVE beds: Bedroom 1 - Tropical: 2 Double beds Bedroom 2 - Modern: 1 King bed Bedroom 3 - Backpacking: 2 Single beds (Trundle) You can also kick back and relax in our shared spaces, which include: - Large kitchen with cooking essentials - Dining room with spacious breakfast nook - Living room with 42" tv + AC + karaoke machine - Family room with 55” tv and games area + AC - Significantly UPDATED WiFi with faster speeds - Cozy reading room and ½ bathroom - Laundry room and open car port - Wrap-around front porch, side patio, and backyard During your stay Feel free to ask us anything and we will do our best to accommodate your needs! Guest Access: - Each guest room is provided with a set of keys to access the main entrance and their private rooms - Guests have access to all shared spaces (kitchen, breakfast nook, dining and living rooms, reading room, family room, ½ bathroom, laundry room, side patios, front porch, lobby, car port and backyard) Onsite Host & Property Manager: - Host lives onsite and is available to answer questions, make local recommendations or handle emergencies Other things to note Reminder: Cliffside Bungalow rents 3 private bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom, which is capable of comfortably accommodating 6 guests. The host does live onsite in a separate bedroom and bathroom suite; however, the property is very spacious (10,000 sq ft property and 4,000 sq ft home), so the host can be as scarce as you wish. The shared spaces (with the host) are the kitchen, kitchen nook, living room, dining room, family room, reading room, wrap-around front porch, side porch, and back porch. Of course, we completely value your privacy and comfort, so the host is an expert at respecting our guests' space.
