Villa Mariel is a newly build private villa of 80 sq.m, located on the hillside above Skopelos Chora. A full bathroom on the first floor, next to the two bedrooms and a half bathroom on the ground floor. Our villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, with high quality SMEG electric devices , a flat-screen smart LG TV in each bedroom offering free Netflix and satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Washing machine, dishwasher and SMEG espresso and filter coffee makers complete the interior amenities of the villa. It features a private pool with a sun terrace where guests can spend relaxing time while enjoying the breathtaking view on the sunbeds surrounding the pool, listening music from a SONOS speaker. The outdoor, simply designed shower, makes the experience of getting in and out of the pool, pleasant and easier. A pergola-shaded sitting and dining area, promise amazing moments of serenity and relaxation alongside with a brand new gas BBQ facility which will elevate your dining experience! On the patio of the villa there is a cabinet with cleaning products which will be locked at all times. Other things to note THERE IS NOT TAXI SERVICE FOR OUR AREA. To reach our villa guests will need to cross 900 meters of dirt road. A car is strongly advised, as the villa is located 2km away from Skopelos village center on a steep hillside. All taxi conpanies will drive as far as the beginning of the dirt road. Please treat the space with respect. If anything unexpected arises, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.
