No shared spaces. The unit is accessible by elevators and stairs. You will have a set of keys at your disposal (key + fob). It will be a self check-in, the check-in starts at 3 p.m. and the check-out is no later than 11 a.m. on your departure day. Other things to note No parties or extra guests allowed. Guests booking longer than 28-days will not be charged HST. Guests booking longer than 28-days will be responsible for their own supplies once the provided ones run out. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building both inside and outside the units (e.g. balconies). The building management will issue a CAD $700 fine if any violation is reported. The fine will be applied against your security deposit. Please remember to close the balcony door when you leave.
