The space Spacious house with full kitchen, outdoor patio with a picnic table, a grill and Mexican chiminea. Also has a laundry. Pickleball court. Net, padles and balls are available for guests to use upon request. Other things to note The first 4 guests are included in the listed price. Adicional guests will be charged $10 per night per guest. This will be reflected in the total when you make the reservation. Also please note. Bedroom #4 is a second story, lower than normal ceiling and the access stairs are quite steep. This bedroom is accessible for use only with a reservation of 9 guests or more, otherwise we keep it locked.
