Kitchen has standard drip coffee pot, full sized fridge, stove/oven. The “living quarters” has a queen bed, a recliner, nightstand, dresser, and 42” in television with Roku, Hulu, and Netflix. The bathroom has a step in shower with amazing water pressure. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and tp. Although there is a garage door at the basement, you will access the property using the door shown on the listing. Only had one guest get confused but thought I should specify, just in case.
