871 Tanner provides five fully furnished bedrooms that are occupied by female-only graduate students. Each of the five bedrooms provides a comfortable twin bed, a study desk and chair, and ample room for clothing and personal items. The students share a sunny and fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the spacious dining and living space, a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, two and a half newly renovated bathrooms, and a large private deck for studying or socializing outdoors. The space Nestled in a safe neighborhood ONLY 2 MILES from Dekalb Medical Center and less than three miles from the award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping, parks, and popular festivals in the City of Decatur. It's only a five-minute walk from public transportation. 871 Tanner combines comfort and style to provide a sanctuary for medical students. During your stay I do not live at the property, but I live nearby and I'm always available if you need anything! Other things to note - Quiet Hours 10pm-7am - Do not use space heaters due to risk of fire and electrical damage and outage. Guest will be responsible for damages. - Female Only Graduate/Medical Students - 5 Bedrooms Available - Only 1 Person Allowed per Bedroom - No Smoking or Pets Allowed -This is your home away from home! There will be toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies and dish detergent available upon your arrival to our home. Due to the fact that most of our rentals are long term from 2 - 12 months, house guests are responsible for replenishment of these items (and any other items that fall under the personal hygeine item category) per your individual needs once you've used the initial supply. We ask that our long term guests are considerate of shared items.
