The space Our mountain house, the "Basecamp" is located at an altitude of 1250 m diagonally opposite the ski resort See in the Paznaun Valley. The house is more than 100 years old and located in a quiet hamlet far from the tourist hustle and bustle. A small and cozy mountain house with 4 bedrooms and a spectacular view of the Tyrolean mountains awaits you. After a day in nature, you can use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking together. In our cozy shared living room there is of course Wi-Fi, TV and a stereo system. Guest access Kitchen: There are 2 stoves (1x wood, 1x electric) and 2 refrigerators, Sodastream and a well-equipped kitchen. Living Room In our shared living room, sofas and a seating area invite you to relax. "Mountain adventure stories" are also gladly exchanged here. The music system and large TV with terrabites of movies & music and board games are also available for you. There is Wi-Fi in every room. Workshop In the workshop and drying room, equipment can be repaired and boards and skis waxed. Shoes and clothes dry quickly next to the wood-burning stove. During your stay Lisa, our hut hostess, lives in Basecamp during the winter season. She makes sure the house is clean and well heated. Other things to note The base camp is an almost 100-year-old mountain house and is located at an altitude of 1250 m. The house is mainly heated with wood. We store this in sufficient quantity in the shed next to the house. In the winter season, we take care of the stoves, but we appreciate the help of the guests. The bedrooms can also be heated with infrared heaters. Please use these only during the night for environmental reasons. The road to the house is relatively narrow and steep and should only be used with chains when it snows.
