On your arrival St Peter's Studio will be laid out with cake or freshly baked scones & local treats including local bread, jam & Cornish butter. Reserved parking at St Ives RFC is included for 1 car in the price of your stay. The space Ground Floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, two double wardrobes and a built in walk in cupboard, and an ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and Jack and Jill ensuite with bedroom two and hallway. First floor: Open plan living and dining space which leads to the kitchen. Dining space features a large wooden table sitting 8 and a granite stone feature wall. Galley style kitchen features a double electric oven, gas hob, full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Third bedroom on the first floor with double bed, clothes hanging rail, drawers under the bed and fourth bedroom on the first floor with double bed, TV, drawers under the bed and clothes hanging rail. there is also a family shower room on the first floor.
