Home in Island Falls

This is a large lake house on Pleasant Pond. The home is beautiful with 3 + bedroom, two bath- one with jacuzzi tub and the other with large shower for two. There is a large game room, fire pit with seating and outdoor dining area. Multiple speakers offers relaxing music of your choice wherever you go. Kitchen and living room adjoin on the first floor. Two sliding doors lead to the lake. The lake is beautiful, quiet and great fishing. There are 2 restaurants and a golf course nearby. The space Pleasant Pond sits just steps from this home. It is a spring fed, 1 mile by 6 mile, body of water, nearly 100 feet deep in some places. The home is located on the quiet side of the lake. There is a lakeside golf course, large dock, canoe, kayaks and a game room in the home. A pool table, dart board, and bar await you for fun and relaxing. Other things to note This lake house is a place that we enjoy with friends and family. You will find a clean, updated and spacious home, with evidence of our enjoyment - such as pantry items in the cupboards and signatures carved into the butcher block counter top.
