CASA BLISS, Private Pool & Spa, Lux Backyard Welcome to Casa Bliss! Experience the joy of this private resort as you relax, refresh & rejuvenate. This large, comfortable home offers 3 entertainment rooms, 2 kitchens (indoor and outdoor), 2 dedicated work spaces and 4 big, cozy bedrooms. The gigantic second story deck off the master bedroom has spectacular desert and mountain views. Watching the sunset glow reflecting off the mountains and desert while sipping a beverage? True "Bliss"! The space Casa Bliss is your vacation happy place! Multiple warm and inviting spaces, all designed to enhance your experience of rejuvenation, rest and relaxation. This home holds three entertainment areas, four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and two granite/stainless steel kitchens (one indoor and one outdoor). The attached garage has parking for one vehicle. The driveway has parking for two more. The spacious backyard is a large, stunning oasis with palm trees, cacti, a waterfall pool and a spa to relax in. With views to the open desert and mountains beyond, this open area also has a fire pit with seating for four and four zero gravity chairs. Zero gravity chairs are like a lounging chair except that, as the name implies, you feel almost weightless while resting in them. Add to this already generous seating two separate outdoor dining tables with seating for ten and three barstools at the outdoor kitchen? There's plenty of seating for everyone's comfort and taste. The Casa Bliss entertainment areas are quite diverse. The first is a pool table room complete with a rack of various weight pool cues and plenty of seating. The next space is a family room with a cozy sofa and entertainment system including a Roku TV. The last entertainment area inside the home is an upper floor loft with a mini library, games, a Roku TV and a large, comfy sofa. Casa Bliss has plenty of room for more than one family to be comfortable and have space to spare! The entertainment rooms are far enough apart to give you the feeling that you are in completely separate, private zones. All four bedrooms have dressers, side tables, ceiling fans with lights, side lamps, large closets/wardrobes with hangers, full bed linens, two sizes of robes and towel sets. The beds are very comfortable and have different levels of firmness/softness so that you can choose the one you find most enjoyable. Two of the bathrooms have showers with tubs, one of which is a large soaker tub. The master bath has double sinks. The main floor powder room is situated directly between the front and back entrances to the home. Each of these has a starter kit of soaps, toilet tissue and in the case of the two full washrooms, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Two of the bedrooms have dedicated workspaces with a desk and chair. The excellent quality, fast WIFI in the home allows for remote work, which adds to your convenience while away from home. The main kitchen in Casa Bliss is equipped with a large selection of items needed for entertaining and creating meals. In addition to the usual plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, wineglasses, mugs, etc., there is, of course, a full set of pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils, baking equipment, cooking utensils, three different types of blenders, a hand blender for baking, a mini food processor, slow cooker and much, much more! There is really not enough space to list all of the kitchen amenities. Just think of the Casa Bliss kitchen as your own and you'll get the idea. If you have any special requests for kitchen equipment prior to your arrival, I'll do my best to make sure that it's available to you. Please reach out, I'll do my best to help. This home also has an outdoor kitchen with a natural gas BBQ, an icebox and a sink with cold running water. BBQ tools and cleaning supplies are provided in the stainless steel drawers and cabinet beside the BBQ. The granite countertop has an attached bar with three bar height stools. Beside the outdoor kitchen is a dining table with four comfortable swivel chairs. On the other side of the covered patio is a second outdoor dining area with a bar height table and six chairs. Casa Bliss also has a large attached garage. The cabinet closest to the big garage car door holds many pool floats and blowup pool toy items as well as four helmets for the bicycles that are hanging on the garage wall. Should you choose to book a stay, please enjoy your time here as if it were your home away from home! *Important to note.* The pool generally doesn't require additional heat from late May to mid September. Heating the pool in the cooler months requires a base fee in addition to a per diem fee. Guests will need to have placed their request that the pool be heated at least a few days prior to their arrival for arrangements to be made since it can take a few days to heat the pool water. There is a solar blanket for the winter months to help retain the pool heat while heating the spa. The spa generally requires 1.5 hours to heat. The season of the year has little bearing on whether you choose to heat the spa, so there is a base fee per week or portion thereof to use the spa year round. A per diem fee does not apply to using the spa. For your safety and security, there are two video cameras on Casa Bliss. One overlooks the driveway and front entrance. The other overlooks the backyard. Both are high up on the house so you'll still have your privacy. They are part of the home security system. There is also a ring doorbell at the front entrance. Guest access Casa Bliss is located in a beautiful golf community near San Tan Mountain Regional Park. Access from the major airports is straightforward. For security reasons you'll receive the exact address after booking. Information regarding entering the house as well as the home WIFI information will be sent shortly before your check in date as those access codes are changed often. The garage contains adult bicycles as well as the two large garbage/recycling bins and several pool floats. There is room on the driveway for two vehicles to be parked. The bicycles in the garage will add enjoyment to your vacation and make it easier to explore the local area. Should you choose to use these, I'll send you the combinations to the locks which are on them. Naturally, you'll want to do more than just explore the Casa Bliss neighborhood! Directions to multiple local activities, area attractions, shopping centers and so on will be emailed to you before your Arizona getaway begins. All of that additional information will be helpful as you make plans for a fun and exciting vacation experience!
