Situated in the beautiful Monadnock region, there is so much to explore! Hiking, orchards, lakes, farms, classic towns, ski areas, rivers, bike trails, museums and more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, porch, yard and parking pad. The only restricted area is a locked mudroom at the back of the house (not very exciting anyway) and the exterior red shed (someday this will be a cool guest space). Other things to note The house is best suited to families and friends with children 5 and older. Our goal is for you to have a fabulous stay and ensure guest safety and mutual respect for our home: We’ll send you our house rules upon booking to make sure everyone has the same expectations. Responsible party must be at least 25 years old to book. There is a bed in the reading loft that is strictly for lounging. This hideaway spot is only accessible by ladder and is not safe to use as a sleeping area. But we do have a bonus twin bed in the library alcove that is perfectly safe and comfortable for sleeping.
