Stylish double bedroom close to the River Exe

We are delighted to provide you with the opportunity to stay in a double room in this characterful historic Admiral House. The room has high ceilings, super comfy double bed, and a large TV. Our property is super convenient for Exmouth Town and a short walk to the Estuary and beach. The room is elegantly decorated to accommodate your needs and provides great views over the estuary. It is suitable for 2 people with a shared shower room, shared only with one other room. The space There is a shared entrance to the property and you have access to the bedroom and a shared shower room (used by one other room only). Guest access PARKING: We have on-street parking outside. NOTE: It is a residential parking area but we can provide visitors permits. When you arrive you can park anywhere in Zone C. NOTE: Please confirm with me before your arrival your parking requirements. As we are close to town we cannot guarantee parking spaces outside our property. However, if you are driving and require parking please discuss with us before arrival. KITCHEN: We generally do not provide access to the kitchen. However, if using the kitchen is important to you please discuss with us before arrival. MEALS: We do not provide any food at the property. ONSITE: We have a dog (she is very friendly) However, if having a dog around is not suitable please discuss with us before arrival. ARRIVAL: Please read all check in details prior to arrival.
