IMPORTANT: this floor is for the exclusive use of guests who book the room on the first floor. - on the first floor (25 m2) there is an air-conditioned double bedroom complete with wardrobe, dresser and 27-inch flat-screen HD SMART MONITOR with Amazon Prime Video service, mini fridge in the room, 2 armchairs, the private master bathroom complete with all bathrooms with shower and washing machine, a balcony. - on the second floor (20 m2) there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with wardrobe and 27-inch flat-screen HD SMART MONITOR with Amazon Prime Video service, mini fridge in the room, 2 armchairs, a bathroom complete with all services and the private terrace (15 m2) with balcony, table and chairs, awning. Our house has been completely renovated and we did it with a lot of love, energy and time. The furniture, doors and windows are new or renovated by ourselves. Guest access By booking this room you only have access to the second floor of the house (which includes the terrace), via the internal staircase.
