The home is an open concept split-level, located in a quiet suburban neighborhood not too far from the downtown area. Downtown Rochester has many arts and music festivals, concerts, theatres, museums and more. The space My home is located on a corner lot with no immediate neighbors close by. The full bathroom on the second floor has been completely updated including a refreshing rain head and handheld shower combo. I do have a cat, has name is Davis. He is very good and friendly, but not over friendly. You can say he is shy... Guest access I have space for a car in the driveway on the far right, please let me know if you will have a car with you. You will access the house through the foyer door you can see in the pictures. During your stay I have grown up and lived in Rochester my whole life so if you are looking for recommendations on anything, just ask. My hobbies include working out, taking care of my home, gardening, crafts, and volunteering. I enjoy quiet time on the beach and taking in the sun. I am a part-time at-home person. I spend a few evenings and weekends at home. When I am home, I am taking care of the yard or doing quiet activates in the house. Other things to note In your space there will be Keurig supplied with coffee, creamer and sugar. Also, two robes for use during your stay, slippers that may be taken at the end of the stay. I have recently added a small blue refrigerator that can used for cold or warm. There is also a microware in the room. You will see this in the photos. Please let me know what time you'll be CHECKING IN and CHECKING OUT when you make your reservation. While check-in is permitted between 4pm and 8pm, I would like to know a one-hour window within that please, so I can plan accordingly. Please update me if your check-in plans change.
