The spot on the water has a dock just for you, and I will provide a huge floating mat, tubes and other awesome water supplies that will make this trip a blast. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom 1: King Bed, Juliette balcony, jacuzzi tub with multiple tvs, full bath, dresser for storage. The closet is locked with no access as it contains cleaning supplies. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, crib and portacrib provided, as well as a nice size closet. Bedroom 3. A full size bed with twin adult bunk bed, large tv, dresser and closet. Bedroom 4: Queen bed with pocket doors and a large tv. Bedroom 5: Queen bed in the lower walkout, modern industrial theme with a 40” TV and views of the lake. Bedroom 6: Queen bed in the lower unit with a 40” TV. Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper Sofa in living Room on the main level with TV. Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the game room with TV. Downstairs: Large dinning room, brand new handcraftd high top table seating 10, open concept kitchen which flows into living room with a large TV. There is a private dock and the fishing is wonderful. OUTDOOR SEATING: The property itself sits on two well maintained acres, with very few neighbors. The views are amazing and the sunrises are the best around as the house faces East. There is central air, a whole house generator in case there’s any power outages and an indoor propane fireplace. There is a wood fire pit by the water and one by the house overlooking the lake. Wood provided. The deck is equipped with seating for 27people. Casual seating with a propane fire pit for 9 people. A 8 person Amish made plywood dining table. As well as an 8 person top phi villa high top table with two tabletop propane fire pits. A large fire heater, and a furniture set next to the new hot tub. A secondary covered 18x40’ patio with an outdoor table, lounge area and propane fire pit. This area is perfect in case of inclement weather. A brand new 7 person hot tub is also on the deck so you can drink your wine and relax looking at the panoramic lake views!! A small children's swing set and sand box are in the private backyard. Bicycles are also available. I also have a toddler backpack carrier which makes hiking with a small child a small task. Location: South of Auburn, the property is centrally located close to Skaneateles, Aurora (Mckenzie childs) and multiple State Parks. Ithaca is a about half hour south and there are many great hiking trails. Check out the new Spa located just 15 minutes away! My ultimate goal is to have people want to come back every year! The launch is only 7 minutes away, but it is nice to be able to walk right on your boat. If you don't have a boat, feel free to use the canoe, kayaks, paddle boats or stand up paddle board down by the water!!! Life jackets needed and provided. The house built in 2018 features central air, a propane fireplace and a whole house ventilation system. The composite decking on the house and dock are definitely a bonus! Or large wagon ride and see the animals munching on a charcuterie board. We can get that arranged as well!! Looking to work remotely, There is verizon wireless internet service providers on the site to ensure you are connected when it counts the most (Watching the lake from the deck with a daiquiri in hand). And did I mention WINERYS WINERYS WINERYS. Heart of the Finger Lakes A 12x10ft dock expansion was put in to make sure the entire family can sit comfortably on the water. Dock does get pulled for winter. For your convenience a propane grill, propane fireplace, propane heater, coffee maker, french press, Keurig, and two wood outdoor firepits are provided. Wood and propane provided for all. To help entertain your friends and family there is two canoes, three kayaks, a stand up paddle board, two paddle boats, a large duck float, a huge floating mat and various other water toys on the beach. A fishing pole and tackle box will also help reel in the memories as you sit back and watch the smiles from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs by the water. Plenty of places to ski around here in the winter. The house is filled with games for both kids and adults!! There is a large hill and sleds provided for sledding!!
