Appx 45 mins from Athens, 1 hr from Atlanta, 10 mins from Tanger Outlets & Chimney Oaks Golf Course, 30 mins from Tallulah Gorge/Falls & Toccoa Falls, & 45 mins from Helen. Pool table, wrap around patio, jacuzzi tubs, 3 queen beds, & a huge leather sectional. Full kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances. Wifi & flat screen TVs. The space Big screen TV in upstairs bedroom and in living room. Pool table downstairs with all necessary things to play. Large wrap around porch in very quiet neighborhood. *** There is an exterior camera. *** Guest access You will have access to entire space. Porch is connected to my home. Other things to note There is no washer or dryer in the unit but if you are staying for a week or longer you're welcome to use the one in my home right next door.
