Spacious living area with large private garden & community garden including children's play area. PARKING permit is available at extra cost. Flat is ground floor. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Walking distance from Stoke Newington and easy train / bus rides into London including Dalston, Camden and Islington. No WIFI available!!! The space Two double bedrooms with double beds and a folding cot available. It may be also possible for one person to sleep on the couch (although there isn't a curtain in living room). Flat would suit two couples comfortably or a family of up to two children if they are happy to share a double bed. Pop up cot or toddler floor mattress also available as an addition. Large kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine (no microwave). Huge living room with dining / office area; leading onto spacious private garden. Small children's playground. Cycle lock available on request. Hot shower and bathtub. No Wi-Fi or landline... but most phones have good reception here for internet access. Guest access You will have whole apartment and garden to yourselves. If you are only one person or a couple in one bedroom I might be able to offer a reduced rate for sharing the flat with myself... please ask. Other things to note I do charge a small amount for cleaning but I ask you leave the flat in the condition you found it, with all your washing up done. Empty the bin and recycling into outdoor collection area. .Also please make sure all doors and windows locked and turn thermostat down to 10 degree before leaving.
