Centrally located in the Fairfax/San Vicente Area of beautiful Wilshire Vista in a gorgeous 2,000 square foot style home. Who we are: We are two super cool chicks in our early 40's, both artist, actors, musicians, and entrepreneurs. We are LGBT friendly. I work from home and my wife works out most days and nights. We are very down to earth, fun, love meeting new people and won't bite. ;) We like to eat healthy most of the time, don’t smoke cigarettes or weed but you can in the front balcony. We won’t judge. Love to indulge in a nightcap drink or so on occasion. The neighborhood we live in is very safe, lovely and quiet, about a 15-20min walk from Beverly Hills and the Grove or a 5min drive. We have street parking, but there is always plenty of room on our street - usually right out front. 15min to the beach, 15 to downtown, 25min to airport, 15min to Hollywood, 45min to Disney, and 30min to Universal. We are centrally located to everything. Very lucky. We have a supermarket (Vons) less than 2 blocks away, restaurants 2 blocks away, a cute (Paper or Plastik) cafe less than 2 blocks and Little Ethiopia cuisine 2 blocks down with amazing food with over 12 Ethiopian restaurants. The famous art museum LACMA and Peterson Auto Museum are about 4-5 blocks down and that's also next to the La Brea Tar Pits. The outside shopping mall The Grove is a short 15min walk. And the Beverly Center is a 6min ride. We also have 3 kitties Willow, Finny and Jett. They keep to themselves and they are both indoor outdoor.
