central beautiful ground floor loft with 64sqm

Hello from Hamburg. My beautiful, occupied loft is ideal for relaxed travel for people who like to look after themselves and don't want a sterile hotel atmosphere, but want to feel at home. You have the apartment all to yourself and the neighbors are very nice and helpful. The space The apartment has an area of 64 square meters, and all rooms are connected. I placed particular emphasis on creating a large bedroom where you can really relax and feel the space. The bed is a double bed with two mattresses and a separate topper on top. The other rooms are open plan, so you can see right through the apartment, as you can see in the pictures :-) A third person can sleep on the brand new couch or, alternatively, on a 1m inflatable mattress. The kitchen is simple and has a small seating area where you can enjoy the evening sun. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as a great gas stove for a quick coffee (supplied) in the morning. There is also - Microwave with grill and convection oven function - Toaster - Blender - Smoothie maker - Contact grill - Electric kettle - Milk frother - Hand blender The bathroom is a narrow Hamburg-style bathroom with the unique feature of a bathtub accessed by a small staircase. The apartment is in a quiet but very central location. The S-Bahn is just around the corner, the main train station is only 10 minutes away, and it's even closer to the Reeperbahn (3 stops), the trendy Sternschanze district (2 stops), the Volksparkstadion, and the Barclaycard Arena (2 stops). Altona/Ottensen is just around the corner. As I only rent out the apartment when I am traveling, you will find many of my personal belongings there. If you wish to use them, please treat them with care and I hope that we can respect each other's privacy. Then you will have a great stay :-) Guest access You have access to all rooms and should enjoy your stay :-) Other things to note It is important to me that you are allowed to do whatever you want and that you leave the apartment in a tidy manner. This also applies to pets, which you are welcome to bring with you, but please make sure that it is clean. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, however. Then please go outside.
