Casa Don Paco is a sparkling clean, located at 6 blocks from central park. 2 bedroom 9 beds, ecological house with amenities: washing machine, mini split A/C in all spaces, stove, 2 refrigerators, coffee+maker, microwave, blender, pots & pans plus swimming pool, free wifi, Smart tv w/ cable+netflix, price for 13 guests ...when necessary or extra bedding needed we offer floor mattresses for extra guests for a small fee. The space This is a two bedroom one story fully equipped house with: kitchen, living, dining room. The master bedroom is furnished with a total of 7 beds sharing 1 bathroom ( 1 king, 2 queen 2 twin size literas which is 4 extras beds in extra space ), second room features one queen bed private bath and one twin bed. a formerly space intended for a walk in closet has been fited with an extra bed, this is a space inside the master bedroom and shares main bathroom. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note This house is located at city boundaries. The street stems off the main paved road, but the last 80 meters of road reaching the house is not paved, it is a one entrance street. Ocupation is 13 people in beds, if choose maximum of 16 you are ok with up to 5 additional floor matresses. The small pool has been removed from the listing, but the pool heater has been moved to the big pool!
