Spacious bedroom with super comfy Queen bed in single family home in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of lovely Old Town Warrenton. Enjoy a Warrenton parade, the Gold Cup, the Wine Trail. or a day trip into DC. Full bath is shared but there are other half baths in the home. Coffee and tea anytime. One friendly cat shares the house. I keep her out of the guest room and she doesn’t have any bad habits. The space Retro-lover's home! The home has been maintained but not "remodeled," so it is reminiscent of a simpler time. Quite relaxing. No TV but there is good WIFI. I welcome respectful guests to share the kitchen and other common areas. Guests are responsible to clean up after themselves. NO SMOKING. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. Living room with host permission. Screened-in porch. During your stay I am generally available and amenable to getting to know my guests. If I am not physically present, I can be reached by phone.
