Quiet Room in Warrenton

Spacious bedroom with super comfy Queen bed in single family home in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of lovely Old Town Warrenton. Enjoy a Warrenton parade, the Gold Cup, the Wine Trail. or a day trip into DC. Full bath is shared but there are other half baths in the home. Coffee and tea anytime. One friendly cat shares the house. I keep her out of the guest room and she doesn’t have any bad habits. The space Retro-lover's home! The home has been maintained but not "remodeled," so it is reminiscent of a simpler time. Quite relaxing. No TV but there is good WIFI. I welcome respectful guests to share the kitchen and other common areas. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. Living room with host permission. Screened-in porch. During your stay I am generally available and amenable to getting to know my guests. If I am not physically present, I can be reached by phone. I am also aware that some guests just want to be left alone. I can respect that as well! Other things to note No TV signal. Repeat, NO TV SIGNAL. One cat in the house.
