The double-height living room, fireplace and large windows, plus the TV (prepaid Directv), share the same space with the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The dining room window opens completely incorporating the 40 m2 terrace, where there is a large L-shaped armchair overlooking the ocean. The terrace goes down to a shaded area with a charcoal grill with a picnic table, and stove (fire prohibited in summer). Master bedroom: king-size bed, nightstands and dresser. Desk with screen and VGA cable. Room 2: 2 single beds and 1 single bed in a loft-type cabin. Room 3: with bunk + 1 single bed. The beds have good mattresses, sheets and feather down. Two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. In this area of rooms there is a gas stove. The house has a laundry room and washing machine. Under the house: outdoor shower and hose to wash the boards when returning from the beach NOTE: You can also book the cabin shown in the photos (6x8mts) with a double bed, large desk, full bathroom. The house is located in Tumán, about 800 meters before going down the road from La Cuchilla to the village of Puertecillo. Guest access The garden is shared with the neighboring house (there are two houses on the same lot). The entrance to the house has a climb that we recommend going up in a 4x4 car in winter. Our house is the one above. Parking is for two cars, up to 4 fit. Other things to note Important: 1. The water is from a well in Tumán and is scarce, so you have to take great care of it so that it is enough for the entire community throughout the year. 2.
