One Love The space Kyah Place appears hidden and accessed by a lane off Main St. It has an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We can accommodate up to eight adult guests. There is no charge for children under the age of two but we can only accommodate two in a party larger than 6. There is a large veranda, also a back patio with direct access from the dining area and primary bedroom. There is also a rooftop terrace perfect for sun bathing and also a plunge pool perfect for cooling off. All outdoor spaces are ideal for dining. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including a wine cooler. Kyah Place also provides a laptop friendly space in the living room. There are ceiling fans in every room. Two of the bedrooms also have air conditioning that can be made available for an additional cost of $20 per day. Both of these bedrooms have a safe located in the closet. There is a private gate to access the property, and parking is available for two cars. There are surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the property as well as light sensors. Guest access Guests are allowed to park two vehicles on the property. Kyah Place only accepts one booking at a time so you and your guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces. There is also a small private house on the property that shares the entrance gate but is separated by a fence and a it’s own gate once on the property. It does not share any of Kyah Place’s amenities. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere inside the house as well as close to windows or doors. -Prestocking of a limited amount of food items (reimbursed by guest upon arrival -Meal preparation upon request. This service is for a nominal fee and determined by guest count and number of meals and dishes prepared. This service includes shopping, preparation and clean up. Latty can be reached to discuss this service once your reservation is made. A starter kit of necessary items to take you thru the first few days is supplied. These items include toilet paper, dish detergent, clothes detergent, bath amenities and a first aid kit. -On site spa treatments (discounted rate for Kyah guests -Additional overnight unregistered guests $50US per guest -Child care available ($6 an hour for 1 child, $14 for up to 3 children.) -Driver available (for a negotiated rate with the driver as they are independent contractors) and public transportation is just steps away. -Laundry service is available for $18 per load, (wash,dry and fold) -Housekeeping available for $30 once per week or $15 daily.
