This 2 bedroom apartment delights all who see it, fresh and contemporary with a huge fenced yard~views of Mt Sopris from the patio! Fully renovated - gutted to the studs, added skylight, redesigned layout, entirely new everything! Adjacent to a one bedroom apartment if you want to enlarge your group. We've been doing this a long time, so we've thought of everything you'll need to make your stay total perfection! Massive shade tree keeps the place cool, but we now have an AC unit in LR. The space This apartment is adjacent to a one bedroom apartment if you want to enlarge your group, also with a fenced yard. We have tri-fold twin mattress pads, thick and cushy, for extra kids...say you are 2 couples, each with a child...we have the mattresses for them, but let us know in advance so they are on site. However, we can not accommodate 6 adults. The apartment next door would be ideal. Guest access Right off of Main Street...easy walking to memorable dining, morning lattes, film fest worthy screenings, yoga...and best pasture raised burgers anywhere! Nina will text a day before your arrival with the lockbox code so that this info is right at your fingertips, vs digging through the app or hoping for cell service! Check in is a 3pm and check out is a 10am. We have many same day turnarounds, but no harm in asking if you can arrive earlier/later....all depends on our calendar. Other things to note We have 1 child's pack n play, 1 high chair, 2 twin mattress foam pads and 1 Ninja blender that we can loan....please request when you book as we have 3 vacation rentals. Dogs are welcome, but we do charge a $25 pet fee, per dog, up to 2 dogs. If you bring 3 dogs, the pet fee max is $50. Linens need a double washing to remove fine pet hair. We have a pooper scooper available, as well as dog bowls and 2 small beds. We have a 3 night minimum unless I open a 2 night block that I don't want to waste. Check in is a 3pm and check out is a 10am. We have many same day turnarounds, but no harm in asking if you can arrive earlier/later....all depends on our calendar.
