The unit in Newport 101 Boulevard West Wing provides an indoor swimming pool, as well as an air-conditioned accommodation with free & fast WiFi, and is located 200 meters from Resorts World Manila. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchenette and dining space, a 42” flat-screen HD TV, a very comfortable queen-sized bed, and a clean bathroom. The space Our space is a welcoming modern unit (approx 26 sq meters) located at 101 Newport West Wing, Pasay City. FEATURES & AMENITIES: The studio unit contains a bedroom/living space and a kitchenette/dining space. We believe in having a clean and cozy space to relax and chill to help you destress from the day-to-day busyness. Bedroom & Living Space: The bedroom has a queen-sized mattress and it can accommodate 2-3 persons comfortably sleeping on it. For an additional person, the unit is provided with an extra single foldable bed found inside the cabinet that can be placed on the floor during resting time. Attached to the bed is a cozy rectangular chair, which can be used while watching a 42” HD TV where you can indulge in your favorite entertainment channel with the use of our installed standard cable. You can also connect socially with friends or stay in business mode using our free swift 20mbps Wifi! Kitchen & Dining Space: You can also prepare some of your food in our kitchenette equipped with cooking essentials (electric kettle, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, various cookwares, and utensils). Enjoy your meals on the dining table that comes complete with dining cutlery good for all the guests (plates, glasses, coffee mugs, spoons, forks, knives). But please be informed that the use of the electric stove will charge you and additional fee of 200php per day of the whole stay. Kindly inform me also if you want to use the electric cooktop so we can arrange it properly. Bathroom: A bathroom equipped with a water heater is what most guests want to make you feel relaxed on a busy day, so we have made this possible for you! We have also provided towels and basic toiletries for your convenience, at no extra charge. :) The unit is equipped with an air conditioning system and there is also an electric stand fan available at the guest’s own convenience. We invite you to keep our home as you would with yours. Cleaning materials like brooms, dust pan, rags, and extra plastic bags for trash bins can be used to tidy up when you need to. Note: Please do bear in mind that some things in the unit are still prior to change, so we request your full cooperation, especially upon check-in. Nevertheless, I'm still continuously optimizing the unit for the prime comfort of my guests. Guest access You will be personally attended by Margot, our trusted room caretaker, at the lobby of Newport 101 West Wing where you will be asked to register and present a valid ID together with your vaccination card. Margot will then accompany you to your room, give you a short tour, and a briefing of the house rules. In the event that Margot is not available, guests can proceed with their self check-in at the reception area and then go straight to the unit afterwards. The door of the unit is installed with a digital door lock that can be unlocked by a passcode given to guests with confirmed bookings. The passcode will be given to guests on the day of their arrival. As per directive from the property management of the condominium, certain amenities at the Newport 101 can be used free of charge but there are only specific time windows for the guests and the residents to use these amenities. The guests who will book this unit will have free access to the indoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym including treadmills, stationary bikes, bench presses, and a lot of dumbbells with all sorts of weights. They will also have access to the mini-playground of Newport 101 for the children to enjoy and also a very relaxing garden-like outdoor lounge for all guests to breathe in fresh air! Note: The usage of pool has its own open hours so guests are only able to use it only when it opened for use. Meanwhile, the usage of the gym is only available for long-term guests which includes guests staying for 2 months and above. Guests with short-term stays are not allowed by the admin of Newport 101 to be able to use the gym, thank you for your utmost consideration with this.
