Welcome to a rare and unique Spanish themed property in the Sudbury area. This 5-acre estate nestled in a natural setting has privacy and luxury living all in one. Host will be on-site for all needs and to prepare a nutritious a-la-carte hot breakfast. Located 11 kms from the airport and from downtown Sudbury, you will find shopping, restaurants, golf courses, nature trails, lakes and rivers nearby. For our snowmobilers, we are located minutes from Trail 53 of the OFSC. The space Welcome to the most rare and unique property in the Sudbury area. This 5-acre estate has privacy and luxury living all in one. Known as the Mexican Hacienda, it is located on Notre Dame Avenue in Hanmer, Ontario. This house was built in 1974 and features many unique Mayan/Spanish influenced décor. Large beams and wrought iron gating are displayed throughout the main floor. A circular paved driveway with water fountain leads to the house. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas (Den, Library, Atrium, Dining Room, Sauna and Pool). During your stay Concierge Service: I can give you excellent advice about Hanmer/Sudbury and what activities and adventures might best be suited to your needs. I can provide you with a brochure/guide book that will list things to do and see while in Sudbury. I will provide each guest with my cell phone so they can call me if they have any questions.
