Kitchen/Dining The fully equipped kitchen has everything a budding chef might need! Complete with Viking stove, custom island & cabinetry, stunning backsplash and countertops, as well as quality appliances. The dining space sits adjacent, connected to the kitchen by a classic Dutch door, with seating space for 6. With such big bright windows, it's also a great central area to get some remote work done. Bedrooms Both bedrooms feature high-end Queen mattresses, plush bedding, and tasteful furnishings & decorator accents. Bathroom Centralized bathroom is well-stocked with soft towels, spa-quality toiletries, and hair dryer. There's also a small vanity nook with stool. Outdoor Living Space French doors from the kitchen lead to a professionally landscaped, private and fully-fenced backyard and BBQ area that's very pet-friendly. There's plenty of comfy seating under the patio umbrella, as well as a table for al fresco dining. It's a serene space perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Small Details The home has everything expected from a meticulously designed ranch home. The art and decor have been thoughtfully hand-picked and intelligently curated. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils, and gadgets, including a full coffee setup. Laundry Outfitted with efficient, high-capacity washer & dryer, eco-friendly supplies, and iron with board, all in the home. Heat/Air Conditioning Central Heat & AC offer total coverage throughout the home. Accessibility/Accommodations For guests who may have additional accessibility questions, please note the following that may help: - The driveway and garage areas are level and paved. - There are two steps with railing, plus a door frame lip to enter the home, but no steps within the home itself. This entire home has step-free access to 2 bedrooms, the full bathroom, and the other interior spaces pictured. - Backyard access through the kitchen's French doors is also 2 steps down, plus the door frame lip. Guests that need or enjoy fairly accessible accommodations will appreciate the ease of the majority of this home. Please note that the hot tub is permanently out of service, and not advertised for guest use. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire home, other than 2 locked storage sheds and 1 storage cabinet. Other things to note GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count of 5 will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund & subject to fines from the city, in accordance with permitting & local ordinances. PARKING: Parking includes 1 garaged space (compact only) + 2 driveway spaces. Street parking is free and readily available. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. NOISE: Out of respect for my neighbors, please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times, and refrain from using amplified media outdoors. Voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily in the area. SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside as long as any ash, butts, or other debris are disposed of properly. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. ACCOMMODATIONS: While the space can accommodate up to 5 guests, the sleeping arrangements are most comfortable for 4 people. The maximum is for guests that don't mind alternative sleeping arrangements, such as sleeping on the couch. GARDEN MAINTENANCE: 
To ensure the exterior of the home stays beautiful, landscape services come twice monthly for a few minutes early in the morning, and are instructed not to disturb guests.
