This house is ideal for a family with two children, located in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the Stiff pier and 5 minutes walk from Arlan beach. The neighborhood is quiet, 10 minutes by bike from the village. The weekly market is on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at the old school "Sainte-Anne" in the village of Lampaul. The space The entire house is at your disposal, parking space and garden in front of the 200m2 house with a friendly picnic table and a garden behind the 800m2 house. This place has a nice and beautiful very bright living room, including a totally new fully functional and equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room table, a reading nook with open and soothing views of the walled garden. Upstairs, large bedroom separated in two by a curtain, with through light including a 160 cm bed and a 140cm sofa bed. From the bedroom, south side, beautiful sea view of Kéréon Lighthouse and North side, view of the Stiff Lighthouse. The room has a sea view, the garden is enclosed and in a quiet area. The house is equipped with wifi. We cannot accept pets. The rental has a barbecue as well as sunbeds in the garden. Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests as well as the garden, barbecue and other outdoor elements of the rental. Other things to note The house is very well equipped so that you have a more pleasant and relaxing stay possible. Towels not included (unless requested).
