Redwood is a charming loft conversion with views overlooking a garden, swimming pool, and farmland fields in the perfect location for both the South Downs and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with several nearby pubs. Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included. The space Beautifully converted to a high standard, Redwood is a self-contained annexe with a separate front door accessed by an external staircase. Within the annexe, there is a living space with a smart TV, dining area, double bed, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Due to the layout of the dormer windows and blinds, guests can enjoy privacy from the main house, while also having natural light in the space. ** Please be aware the ceiling is low in the places, due to the dormer recesses. Please be mindful of this if you are very tall. The kitchen features a single oven, hob, fridge, mini freezer, cooking equipment, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine with pods. There are two mountain bikes for use, at your own risk. Also safety helmets. The swimming pool is heated from June to September, weather temperatures permitting. Our guests are welcome to use the swimming pool during their stay. Other things to note Guests may also note that we have mountain bikes available for exploring the local cycling routes.
