If the guest wishes, we offer housekeeping, cooking and market delivery services (additional costs). Guest access Our guests will have free access to the premises of the accommodation and, if there are restrictions on the accommodation, we will inform the guest directly. Other things to note The house is fully air-conditioned, with air-conditioning and TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, hood, blender, sandwich maker and kitchen utensils. The gourmet terrace has an electric barbecue, with a countertop and faucet. In addition, the terrace has a private swimming pool, 2 sun loungers, a sofa, a swing, and a hammock. The house offers parking for 2 cars, which can be identified next to the entrance. It is forbidden to exceed the number of guests in the house (12 people), under penalty of the landlord having to pay an extra nightly rate for each day of irregular occupation. No events or parties are allowed on the premises.
