Micro-Cabin in Pheasant Country
Micro-Cabin in Pheasant Country
Description
This space is an Escape Vista trailer that has a full size queen bed and full bathroom. Heated and Air Conditioned, this will allow you to experience the beauty of the South Dakota Plains. Overlooking Salt Lake, be sure not to miss the sunset! The space The Vista Escape trailer has been recognized by builders, craftsmen, and architects as a uniquely usable, livable, and enjoyable space to inhabit. The queen bed of course would accommodate a couple. An air mattress for additional guests can be provided on request. Guest access This micro cabin is in the heart of world class pheasant hunting in the fall and light goose hunting in the spring. The cabin is located on 640 acres of private land, though guided hunting arrangements would need to be made separately. Hunting is not required to stay at the cabin! It is open for all to enjoy. Hunters in the area are certainly welcome and dependent on schedule Chad can arrange for a few hours of guided hunting on the private ground. Hunters should not rely on the private ground this cabin sits on for their sole hunting opportunity. Anything arranged with Chad should be in addition to other hunting ground/guided hunts and/or public land hunting that you already have planned on. For example, a few CRP walks towards evening while you wait for your steaks to thaw! Other things to note It's important to know this is a luxury accommodation in a relatively small package! While the windows in the Vista make it feel much larger than what it is, do know the total square footage of this space is 160 sq ft. While it's perfect for a place to grill out with you group after a long day of hunting, 3 people is probably the maximum you would want to plan on sleeping here, and that would be pretty cozy (2 on queen bed, 1 on airbed on floor). Tenting is allowed if desired.
