Entire home on a 2nd floor perfect for families, rest or work. The apartment is completely for you, that is to say no one is shared. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay whether you're visiting for a few days or an extended stay: ▪️THREE BEDROOMS + Bedroom #1: (1) king-size bed, ceiling fan + closet + bathroom with shower + Bedroom #2 (2) double bed, ceiling fan + closet + bathroom with shower + Bedroom #3 (2) double bed, ceiling fan + closet ▪️LIVING ROOM + 42-inch Smart TV + Sofa bed + WiFi ▪️DINNING ROOM/KITCHEN + Dining table with comfortable seating (4) + Kitchen Island counter seats (2) + Fully stocked kitchen with steep stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils, storage containers ▪️OUTDOOR SPACE + Patio on the 3rd floor (enclosed) ▪️PARKING + We do not have parking inside the property, but we do have "1 space" for only one car at the guest house located in front of the property. A minimum charge of $1000 may be applied if any of these items are not stored correctly after use or if it is missing. Guest access Entrance to the accommodation is completely autonomous at the agreed time of Check in. You will have access to the entire home, except for certain storage closets. 📍Please note that the exact address of the property will be shared 48 hours before check-in, as part of our commitment to guest safety. And check-out is before 12:00 PM. ✔️NO parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties are allowed. We have the right to cancel the reservation without a refund, and a minimum fine of $1,000 will be applied if evidence is found. ✔️Excessive noise/disturbance from outdoor/patio gatherings is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. ✔️Adult supervision of children on the property at ALL times indoors and outdoors. ✔️No smoking in the house. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be applied if there is any evidence. ✔️Be sure to unplug all appliances that are not in use, the hair curler, and laptop chargers from the outlet when leaving the house. Also, turn off the stove, oven, and air conditioning/heating. ✔️The front door and gate must remain closed at all times. ✔️NO mail or packages are delivered to the property. Send it to a nearby pickup location. ✔️There are NO additional guests / overnight, that is, you cannot have more guests than stated in your reservation. You can receive visitors as long as they do not stay overnight and they are acquaintances and/or family. ✔️Guests are responsible for personal belongings. We decline any responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings. ✔️Losing or misplacing keys will result in a charge for replacing them. *** We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if these rules are broken *** Property Disclosure: Our security system includes two exterior cameras that monitor the entrance to the house and the yard. These cameras are on 24/7 and are placed outside for security purposes only. They never look inside the house to protect your privacy, and there are no cameras inside the accommodation. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, but we are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illnesses or damage during their stay. By booking, guests accept responsibility for their safety and release us from liability for any incidents.
