ENTIRE HOUSE 3 bedroom/2 full baths sleeps 8 guests. Short walk to Uptown & Downtown, St. Augustine. Quick 2.5 mile drive to Vilano Beach, St. Augustine. Explore the Historical Downtown district or relax on the white sandy beaches, many adventures await you! The space "Shore to Please" has 3 lovely bedrooms and 2 full baths. Renters will have access to the entire house. All bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable beds and bed linens. The house is set up and equipped to sleep 8 guests. Bedroom #1 has 2 new twin beds and 1 extra foldaway twin cot in the closet (can sleep up to a maximum of 3 people). Bedroom #2 has 1 bunk bed. The bottom bunk has a new full mattress and the top bunk has a new single mattress (can sleep up to a maximum of 3 people). Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom with a new queen bed (can sleep up to a maximum of 2 people). All beds have foam mattress toppers with mattress protectors, sheet sets, comforters, and pillows. The master bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and has its own private access. It has a large stand up shower and double sink vanity. The second bathroom is located in between bedroom #1 and bedroom #2. It has a gorgeous tub/shower combo with a large trough sink. Enjoy the living room playing board games around the large coffee table or turn on the TV with complimentary Netflix. The living room has a couch (3 seater) and 2 reclining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There are cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishware, glassware, coffee maker, and much more. Also, there is complimentary tea and coffee as well as basic cooking spices (salt, pepper, oil). The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Choose to sit inside at the beautiful dining room table or at the glass dining table on the back porch. Sit outside and take in the sun on the front and back porch along with the patio, fully furnished with comfortable rockers, hammock swing, and patio furniture.
