Duplex south of the Corniche

A stone's throw from the ocean (50 m), discover the charms of the Vendée corniche by staying in our studio-mezzanine with a capacity of 4 people. The apartment is in a quiet and secure residence called "La Corniche d'Or". The apartment does not have a sea view but is conveniently located. All you have to do is cross the road along the coast to enjoy the ocean... via its beaches, walks and bike paths at the exit of the residence. The space The studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator), facing the rising sun and sheltered from the west wind with an open balcony. It is modern and functional. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle and toaster. The living room and balcony are equipped with a dining table. The mezzanine consists of a bedroom area with a double bed and a living room with a sofa + a sofa bed (2 people). All linens are provided (duvet, pillows, sheets, towels, tea towels...). 2 bikes are available in the garage to enjoy the bike paths and forget your car for the duration of the stay! Other things to note Has a closed garage in the basement with 2 bicycles available.
