Beautiful private lower level, walk-out lake front in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious living quarters. Fireplace, full kitchen, bar, dining area, big screen TV. Bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd TV area has a queen Murphy bed. Bathroom has 2 sinks & a shower. Laundry room has a washer/dryer. Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boards, 2-person canoe, floats & fishing poles are available. Event Fee varies. The space The posted inside spaces are completely private & a great place to relax. The beach & lake are common spaces. While the far majority of time guests have privacy in the common areas, others may be enjoying the beach & water too. And, you may occasionally see a small mulit-poo dog, Toby, who resides in the premises upstairs. The space includes a private laundry room which is convenient for long-term stays. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to their spaciousness living quarters. Self-check-in is available. A unique code for entry during your stay will be provided the day before arrival. Other things to note Due to COVID-19 the space is professionally cleaned between each guest stay and extra cleaning supplies and disinfectant are left in the laundry room for guest use. Note: Hot Tub hours are 8am - 9pm weekdays and 8am - 11pm weekends. Exceptions may be granted ONLY IF the Noise Curfew is honored. Excess noise or disruption will prompt guests to cease use of the hot tub & go inside to continue the fun so neighbors are not inconvenienced.
