The room is equipped with a coffee and cappuccino machine, microwave for quick preparation and fridge, there is no stove and kitchen sink. You will have some essential utensils for breakfast and for a ready-made meal, only to be heated, free parking, upon request for availability, only for scooters. The room is equipped with air conditioning, for which a contribution of 5 euros per day is required to be paid on site at check-in. Guest access The room is inside the villa but has completely independent access. Large covered terrace in front, for exclusive use, very panoramic and equipped with table, chairs and sun lounger. In the room you will find a fridge, coffee machine, tea, cappuccino and microwave to prepare breakfast. On the terrace, you can relax and enjoy your aperitif with a view of spectacular sunsets. Basic linens are included (face towel, bath towel, and small towel). If you want extra linen or a weekly change (in case of long stays), there is a fee to be paid on site (4 euros per person for each additional change). In the case of long stays, room cleaning is possible during the stay at a cost of 20 euros, always to be paid on site. During your stay Guests will be able to communicate with me in person or, in my absence, via messages on Airbnb or alternatively by phone for urgent cases. Other things to note My house is on a hill, in a very scenic, sunny and airy location. Especially on midsummer evenings, it will be very pleasant to enjoy the cool on the terrace with a view of a spectacular sunset. A few steps away is the bus stop with which you can reach the various areas of the island. Commercial services are about 600-700 meters away (bars, minimarket, parapharmacy, various shops). We are located along the road that leads to the Punta Imperatore Lighthouse; a short distance away is the center of Panza (with shops and services of all kinds) and also some of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Citara, Cava dell'isola, Sorgeto, Baia della Pelara). Perfect solution for an intense vacation, the ideal place where you can relax after a day of sea and spas and from your sightseeing tours. From here you can enjoy tranquility and a view of Forio and one of the most picturesque bays of Forio and the island Recommendations: MAXIMUM COLLABORATION IS REQUIRED IN PLANNING AND COMMUNICATION FOR ARRIVAL TIME (check-in is done in person).
