CIR: 097023-CNI-00219 The space An external staircase leads up, via the furnished terrace to the apartment entrance, which leads into the light-flooded living area with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed. From the living area you have access to the covered terrace to the lake side (with a wonderful view of the lake), where you can enjoy the evening sun. We have a spacious double room with a large closet for you. Here you can see the highest mountain on Lake Como, Monte Legnone. In the bathroom there is a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction stovetop and TV. We have free Wi-Fi access for you. Private parking place is at your disposal. In the summer months from late May to late September, the pool can be used together with the other guests of the residence. Here are two deck chairs for you to use by the pool. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the private garden. Our guests have a reserved parking space on the premises of the residence. The pool is shared with other guests and residents of the residence during the summer months. Two deck chairs for the pool and/or garden are available for you. Other things to note This is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. The area is ideal for visiting the picturesque villages, basilicas and unique villas and gardens by ferry, car or train (e.g. Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Villa D'Este, Villa Olmo, Villa Monastero...). For active vacationers and sports enthusiasts, there are many possibilities around Lake Como. In addition to all imaginable water sports, there are countless hiking and cycling trails of various difficulty levels. The beach is within walking distance in 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just down the street. There is also a pizzeria around the corner. Beds are made and we provide a towel set per guest.
