Cozy condo sleeping 5 people within walking distance to downtown Leavenworth, the Alpine Coaster, Leavenworth Golf Course & the Nordic ski trails. Our condo avoids person-to-person contact with private amenities and smart lock entry. If you stay for multiple weeks we require our housekeeper to come in weekly which incurs an extra expense. The space Condo with newer appliances, washer/dryer, A/C, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, Smart TV, basic cable, VCR/DVD, wifi, board games, Ms PAC-MAN two-player arcade game, dining room table and bar eating area. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms to accommodate 5 people. The unit is on the upper level with a private porch balcony. Guest access Private entrance to the condo with key code to avoid person-to-person contact. The condo comes with one reserved covered parking space and visitor parking is available. Other things to note This is a great condo for families, couples, or friends gathering together -- situated perfectly for a base camp to recreation, skiing, mountain biking or just enjoying downtown Leavenworth. It's an easy 15-minute walk into town in the warmer months. In the winter it may take longer with snow and ice. We have kids so our condo is very kid-friendly. The sofa bed comfortably sleeps one adult or a couple of kids. We take pride in keeping our condo very clean so the cleaning fee is the same price whether you stay one night or a whole week; therefore, you'll get better value for staying multiple nights. We are not a hotel and we think we offer a greater value for the amenities and cost.
