Thank you for looking at the room, PLEASE NOTE-there are steep stairs to get into the room. If you cannot do stairs this is not the place for you. This is a private room & bath with a private entrance and the catwalk/stairs lead directly onto the beach. The room is fully equipped with a desk for working or eating that looks out on the ocean. Sadly after many years of low rates, the economy made me raise them for that I am sorry The space At this time there is no kitchen and laundry areas available for use. You are locked out of the main area for your privacy. There is a toaster, small refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, coffee pot, k-pods and a kettle. You may sit on the catwalk in the evenings with provided chairs. Bonfires are allowed on the beach til 9pm and must be attend to at all times. There will be loud footsteps during summer and holidays as kids and adults run up and down the catwalk. This is a private beach which mainly serves the renters of the townhomes on the street.
