The living area has a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is well equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and cutlery. Air Conditioning and WiFi are included as well as cable TV with English, Spanish, French and German channels. The space The beach is TOO close to the apartment ! By night you can hear the waves... A clean and beautiful apartment 50 meters from the beautiful beach in La Mata without even crossing a road. A walk along the beach leads to a good choice of bars and restaurants. Guest access There are several golf courses nearby. It is very easy to travel to and from Torrevieja where there is a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and other entertainments. A cleaning services are available for 50 Euros, to be done after you leave. You may off course clean the apartment and the person in charge will check the apartment and see if it is ready to receive new passengers. Then you avoid to pay this fee. This short distance costs less than 1 € by bus and around 10 to 15 Euros by taxi. There is a bus service from Alicante airport to Torrevieja costing 7 Euros.
