There is an indoor swimming pool (open April to October). A great base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and beautiful countryside of Devon, Dorset and Somerset. Close to River Cottage HQ and Lyme Regis beach is 6 miles away. This is a great place to stay for extended family, so you can have quality time together and enjoy your own space. The space Coaxdon Farmhouse is a family home, ideal for extended family groups. It is set in a lovely garden surrounded by fields and woodland full of wildlife and flowers. This listing is for exclusive use of the Farmhouse, Bnb rooms, seasonal heated indoor pool and garden. There is the main Farmhouse with additional rooms included with their own outside doors. The 'Apple Store' has a double bedroom and a kids room with bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. The 'Cider Press' with the beams to support the old apple press, has a 4 poster double bed and ensuite bathroom. See my other listing for more details. Guest access You will have access to the whole Farmhouse, the Cider Press and Apple Store BnB rooms. Exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool seasonally ( between April and October, which is reflected in the price). The surrounding fields with friendly sheep are great for short walk and outdoor games, these are shared with the cottage next door, also available to book. You can use the trampoline and the swimming pool at your own risk and please supervise children. Also shut the gates as the pet sheep are masters at escaping to eat the garden! Other things to note Coaxdon Farmhouse is a family home, not a salubrious holiday complex! It is a 400 year old building with somewhat quirky plumbing. Bats live in the loft and many birds nest around the buildings in Spring.
