Charming vintage E Hollywood bungalow with patio.

I’m looking to sublet my personal space for 4 weeks after labor day while I’m out of town for work, weddings, etc. Length of stay is slightly negotiable. It’s a charming 1920s tiny bungalow. Central location for public transportation, walkable to Los Feliz and Silverlake shops, restaurants, movies, and a parking spot included (if you are driving). Very trendy area. Since this is my full-time personal space, please email before booking so I can get to know you and tell my neighbors. The space Tiny 420 square foot, one bedroom with everything you need to make yourself at home. Enjoy coffee in the breakfast nook or lounge on the sofa in the living area of this small bungalow. Tons of artwork and Turkish textiles blend with midcentury decor, and an optional airbed to add an additional sleeping area. The kitchen is stocked with staples and basic supplies. If you need a hair dryer, iron, sewing kit, etc., just ask and I will point you to where they are stored. It's my personal space, so I'll do my best to remove objects like family photos and clothes, but you might encounter them. There will be a bit of clutter because, sheesh, 400sq ft is tough to keep with a minimalist vibe! Let me know if you have pet peeves and let's work together! Guest access The entire apartment will be unoccupied. The front courtyard is communal with the neighbors, so be respectful and on the quiet side when entering and exiting. The backyard space is private if you want to hang out, have a bonfire, grill, but also be a bit quiet after hours because this is LA and the neighbors can hear all. Again, since this is my personal living space, there will be items like clothing in my closet. But I will do my best to stick everything in boxes ahead of time. Other things to note Heads up that my house is very old, from the 1920s, so you will have the standard old pink bathroom, cracked tiles, darkened molding, bad floors, and slight draft--but it is adorable overall! especially if you appreciate vintage items and the neighborhood (most homes are like this around here). And there is great water pressure and updated electrical, thank goodness. Additionally (for those with allergies), there is a dog that lives here with me fully time. While she won't be here during your stay, her dander could possibly remain despite the best cleaning efforts. There are also dogs who live next door who might contribute to dander, plus bark a lot during the day, but are very quiet and sweet at night. There is also one neighbor with mental health and physical disabilities, but she's nice. I will message you about her if you want to book the space so you’ll know how to interact if it comes up. She’ll talk your ear off about animals because that is how she copes with her disabilities :)
