It is beautiful to walk and most east/west cross-roads lead right to the lake-walk path. You can walk, bike, bus or drive easily around the neighborhood. There is plenty of free on-street parking in front of the house. • Check-In: contactless check-in is easy! You will be sent a code via this message thread and your mobile phone on the day of your arrival. The code will give you access to the front door. The code will work for the entirety of your stay. • Check-Out: Check-out is 11am. If you would like a late check-out and/or an early check-in we will do our best to accommodate, but may be limited on cleaning schedules. • Parking: Free On-Street Parking out front (We have never had an issue with finding parking). • Laundry: You Have Full Access to Free Onsite Washer and Dryer in the 1st floor unit. Laundry Detergent Provided. • NON-SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes / marijuana) on the property. Walk all the way to the sidewalk/street to smoke. If we receive any complaints or find that you have smoked in the unit we will impose a $250 excess cleaning fee. • NO PARTIES: Absolutely NO PARTIES of any kind.
