Villa Osmanli - is one of the warehouses part of the 17th century Old customs house building (the first one to be built in ilha). We transformed it into a well decorated and stylish villa with all amenities and comfort. The villa is right in front of the sea, with direct access to two beaches, one of them almost private. Villa Osmanli is inserted in a condominium (Villa Alfandegas) with a total of 6 villas (4 for sale) and all share common areas such as 2 garden-patios, an outside shower, access to the beach and a pier. The house is right in front of the water, so most areas of the house have sea view. The maid (Jomita) is extremely friendly and comes everyday to do the cleaning. There is also the possibility of hiring a cook that cooks the typical and delicious Mozambican and Makua cuisine. The house ahas a generator for when there is a black out and the condominium has 24hr security in the premises. Villa Alfandegas condominium is located in the most historic site of the Island - in front of the main square and the museum, and is very close to restaurants and other turistic sites. Very easy to walk around. Main restaurants are 2min walking distance. The condominium has outside parking spaces. The Old Customs house building is a big yellow building to the left of the St Paul's Palace/Museum. This is the most historic site of Ilha.
