Shaver Lake Lofts - Sugar Pine Villa (IN town)

Location, location, location! Cozy & comfortable apartment in the heart of Shaver Lake Village. Located above the Shaver Lake Deli (Home of Famous Chunky Bread), it is a very close walk to restaurants and shops and a 5 minute drive to the lake. Make this your home base for all of your outdoor adventures! Please review the entire listing before booking. The space The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a full kitchen with all of the basics. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room couch folds into a queen bed, to provide comfortable sleeping for up to 4 adults. Linens - We DO provide clean linens. Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, a bathroom hand towel and a kitchen towel. Toiletries - We DO provide bar soap. We DO NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, etc. Wi-Fi - We DO provide Wi-Fi. Kitchen - We DO provide cups, dishes and silverware for 4 as well as a pot, pan, tea kettle, cutting board, cookie sheet, mixing bowl, miscellaneous utensils, etc. We DO NOT provide a coffee maker. Please visit one of the local coffee shops within walking distance. :) There is a smart TV in the living that is on WiFi. HEATING & COOLING -We recently added a window AC in the bedroom! To increase the cold air flow through the whole apartment, crack the living room and bathroom windows. -There is no whole house heat! Space heaters are provided. Guest access We do not live on site. You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as one assigned parking space. Other things to note Pets - Well behaved and house trained dogs are welcome! 2 MAXIMUM. They must be on a leash outside of the building, are not allowed on the furniture and CANNOT be left alone in the apartment. Sorry, no cats. We request that you wash your dishes prior to departure.
