Just minutes from the beach and nestled in the exotic hills of Oracabessa, Olive Branch Villa sits on beautifully landscaped grounds with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. This 10,900 square foot villa boasts 4 well appointed bedrooms each with a sea view. The villa features a swimming pool with a large deck overlooking the Oracabessa Bay with a fine dining experience and first class service to leave you with a smile. If it is your first visit we are confident that it won't be your last. The space The Villa has 4 bedrooms including 1 suite; 1 bedroom with 2 double beds; and 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds. There is a media room with a billiards table which doubles as a conference room and has two queen-sized sofa beds for 4 additional guests if required. Additional fees are charged for each guest over 8 guests. The villa is staffed with a housekeeper, groundsman and overnight security personnel and a chef and butler are generally available. Food can be ordered and prepared at an additional cost and if prepared by our chef we are confident that you will have a delightful gastronomic experience not to be easily outdone on our island. The villa is environmentally friendly utilizing solar and property grown fruits and vegetables when available. Fruits such as mangoes, paw paws, coconuts, apples, sweet and sour sops, june plums, ackee and a number of other fruits are available on the property. Smoking is not permitted in the villa however there are many outdoor areas and balconies where smoking is permitted. The villa boasts two fire places, one by the pool area and another on the grounds. Several outdoor patios and covered relax areas are provided and third party massage services are available. The villa has stunning 180 views of the sea as well as that of the hills to the East of the villa and is ideal for simply relaxing and taking in the beauty of the views or for hosting small celebrations or events. Guest access Walk through our Organic Gardens featuring fruits including, among others, coconuts, a variety of mangoes, pineapples, avocado, ackee, sweet sop, sour sop, june plums, bananas, plantains, apples, pimento and a wide variety of vegetables including thyme, rosemary, escallion, tomatoes and many more. Other things to note A number of indoor and outdoor games are available including dominoes with a typical Jamaican domino table and stools; croquet; corn hole, pool volleyball; PS4, chess, backgammon and a number of other games.
