We are sparkling clean, everything you need, private & peaceful. Watch dogs, goats and the deer, from porches. Enjoy the vinyl records, cassette tapes, Bluetooth, acoustic guitar, piano, tambourine, as cabin is for rock-minded folks like us. We also have a dartboard, movies, grill and fire pit. No WiFi/cable. Country setting 10 mins from City! Here’s your perfect get-a-way, near Lake Ouachita, crystal digging at nearby Mount Ida, Ouachita Mountains, Bathhouse Row and Oaklawn Racing and Gaming! Unique cabin in a RocknRoll theme, sleeps up to two. Bedroom features authentic vintage Jimi Hendrix Experience Blacklight poster! Futon in living room also sleeps 1, if not sharing queen bed. Cabin has record player, records, Cd’s, cassettes, musical instruments you can play(acoustic guitar, harmonicas, piano), Framed Rock Art, dartboard, Music related books, board games, and everything you’ll need to relax, unplug and unwind:) We provide complimentary water, coffee, sugar, creamer, paper plates, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, salt/pepper, dishes, cook wear, utensils, cups, wine/shot glasses, ice cube trays, microwave, range/oven, refrigerator, tiki torches, back-up toiletries, towels, washcloths, bedding, portable fan, portable heater, USB plugs, vinyl records, cassette tapes, books, movies, musical instruments, grill, firepit area with seating and outdoor lighting, and tiki torches to set the mood! We launder bedspreads, shams, blankets, couch throws, bath rugs and of course, all bedding and towels, after each guest! Always fresh and clean just for you! You rent the entire cabin to yourself:) This includes the immediate yard surrounding the cabin with a dog run, and your very own grill and firepit area! Owners Aaron and Stephanie, are usually around. We will always be available if a problem should arise, otherwise your privacy is our main concern:) we want you to relax and unwind. If you want to pet the goats and play with them/feed them, text to see if we can set up a time to make that happen! There are treats in the cabin to feed through the fence, anytime you want:) Dogs and goat treats! We also have some catnip for the kitties! Royal is fantastic! Peaceful country setting. We are 15 minutes to Crystal Springs, Brady Mtn on Lake Ouachita, and 10 minutes to Lake Hamilton/Hot Springs. Oaklawn Racetrack And Casino about 20 minutes. Royal Ridge Wedding Chapel, 2 miles away. Sunshine Store and Cafe, only a 1.5 from here, serves the best Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner around! Our guests choose us for location to enjoy crystal digging, national forests, hiking, lake activities and to just get away from society and relax! They also love the doggie door and say it feels like home:) Guests enjoy the farm like atmosphere and feeding the goats and dogs, treats! Gimme Shelter, is close enough to Hot Springs, but 10 minutes out in the Country. You will need a vehicle or use Taxi/Uber service. Perfect location! Close to ouachita Mountains, lakes, hiking trails, fishing, Crystal mines, hunting, etc! Cabin sleeps 2. Bedroom with queen sized bed. Futon makes out into a full size bed, if not sharing bedroom. Convenient to crystal mines, racetrack, bathhouse row, Ouachita National Forest, Lake Ouachita, Lake Hamilton, Diamond Mine. We are set up for adults, 18 and up, to rent. Thank you! *Friday Nights are a 2 night stay. No check-ins on Saturday’s. Check-in on Friday, check-out on Sunday:) *Pets Allowed: $10 per pet per night, up to 2 fur babies.
