The Turks and Caicos Islands is made up of a chain of islands of which North Caicos is one of these islands.. The property is located on the island of North Caicos which is only a 20 minutes scenic ferry ride from Providenciales. The place where miles of white sands meet the azure sea, fringed with palms trees and lush tropical plantings… we promise you an island paradise like no other. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beachfront escape, offers a private island feel without the hefty price tag. The space As you enter our property on the ground floor you will walk into a wide open space featuring a fully equipped kitchen (and we do mean fully equipped), living and dining room, small office and laundry room. Located also on the ground floor are 2 ensuite bedrooms (the master being one). Upstairs features the other 3 bedrooms which all share one bathroom and of course on both levels have balconies, outdoor sitting and dining area that overlooks white sands and endless aqua blues. NOTE: We also have a Pack ‘N Play which can easily be set up in any room for toddlers. Guest access Get around the neighbourhood 3 ways: 1. By car (when you rent one) 2. By foot (great exercise) 3. By bike (we have 2 bikes that guests can freely use) Other things to note North Caicos is considered the most green of all the Turks and Caicos islands and cays and therefore offers a more laid back, secluded kind of vibe. We want to ensure our guests have the time of their life while staying at our home and for us that means catering to their every island need. We provide: 1. 4 kayaks 2. 2 bicycles 3. A couple snorkeling equipment 4. A state of the art bbq grill 5. Complimentary bottle water 6. A local cell with $20 dollars phone credit And we sometimes throw in a bottle of our local Bambarra rum here and there and even bring freshly caught lobster (when in season of course)
