Beautiful room in superb Space in the heart of San Agustinillo just 2 minutes away from the beach, restaurants & shops. The place is newly renovated. The room has a very comfy bed, chair, fan, mosquito net and a dresser. The shared space is equipped with a large terrace with ocean view, a big dining table (also perfect for working), a sofa, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Wifi, drinking water, bed linen and towels are included. All you need for a wonderful vacation! The space You will share the common areas (kitchen, bathroom and terrace) with another airbnb room. During your stay We highly value our guests' privacy! During your stay, the host will not be in the same building, but will always be available by phone/message for whatever you need. Other things to note IMPORTANT please note that on the path to arrive to our airbnb, there are other neighbors houses left under construction, and you have to walk a short sand path (1 minute) in front of them. To access the apartment you have to climb stairs and at the moment, the base of the stairs has a higher tread. The views and the air flow make it worth it! Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Any doubts, please send us a message before booking. We don’t offer parking space at the property. There are a few free options on the street nearby.
